I am working on some illustrations with a dip pen and ink at the moment. I found some feathers on a walk today and tried to follow some instructions “how to make a quill pen from a feather”. It looked very tricky especially the hot sand part so I just cut the end off and it was fine. I think it’s quite good for drawing a cat washing.
